Disability Campaigner and Professional Speaker
With irrepressible humour and an engaging personality, Adam Hayes provides public speaking talks about overcoming the challenges of his disabilities and how having a positive mental attitude can lead to achieving your goals. His message is of total determination, of seizing the moment, and not accepting the limitations others set for you.
Adam also emphasises the benefits of seeing through disabilities to the person within. The bright mind, humour, passion, emotions, and strength, that people so often overlook, noticing only the book’s cover and not the amazing story inside.

Disability Awareness Campaigner
Adam is a proud Ambassador for the national children’s charity, KidsOut. The charity supports thousands of children each year who with their parent have to flee their homes due to domestic abuse and find safety in women’s refuges.
The charity’s cause is close to Adam’s heart as a recipient of abuse himself. He says that whilst children with disabilities are over 3 times more likely to be neglected and abused than non-disable children, sadly there is little awareness of the fact. A matter he wants to change.
